Balance is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Like all the Les Mills programs, a new Balance class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

AB-class has been designed by a physical therapist for a select group of muscles: The abdominal-, gluteal- and back muscles: THE important postural muscles, to prevent complaints, and, of course, to attain the body of your dreams! In 30 minutes you will get the ideal combination of strength, and the class is adjusted to all levels.
The TRX-workout is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX-workout provides greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines costing thousands of dollars! Pump is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, and curl. The carefully chosen music tracks will make your lesson into a party, and you might even forget you are doing a lesson! A regular lesson is 60 minutes.
Zumba is a fitness-class based on Latin-American dance, such as salsa, merengue, axé, samba, and cumbia. It was developed by a Colombian dancer and choreographer from Miami, so prepare for a varied and exciting lesson! Yoga is suitable for all ages and teaches you how to feel and appreciate your body through gentle and safe motions. Our Sensible Yoga pays special attention to the preparatory excercises of the Asanas (positions).
