Body Toning
This total body workout has been designed to help you shape your arms, legs, shoulders and core muscles. We use hand weights to burn calories and give your muscles a great workout.
Spinning
Participants in this class will enjoy an athletic cycling ride. With driving music and great drills we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors without the barking dogs! Get ready to sweat! We bring the workout; you bring your water bottle.
Tai Chi & Qigong
Students learn a series of postures that gently exercise many of the body's muscles and above all, the mind. These postures are connected together into one long flowing form that give the body and mind such a great workout. Students will learn to increase internal power and balance. It is a class suitable for all people of all ages and all levels of fitness.
Caribbean Dance
Experience the joy of moving to music with dance exercise while improving your level of fitness. This is a low intensity cardiovascular training with dance moves from Salsa, Merengue, funk and Latin music. Boogie your way to a leaner figure.
Pilates
A wide variety of exercises designed primarily to stabilize the trunk producing effective stretching, strengthening and balancing of the body. Pilates enhances your overall fitness level and flexibility. The breathing supports the movements.
Core Stability
Slow controlled movements that target the whole abdominal region, the pelvis, the lower back and the diaphragm. Core stability training leads to a better posture and more control, both in daily life and in sporting movements.
Power Yoga
It is a system of yoga based around the ancient technique known as Ashtanga Vinyasa. Our power yoga classes are energetic, synchronizing breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility and concentration. This system uses extreme breath control and constant movement to generate heat. It is with the heat that the body reaches flexibility maximization.
